Deactivating Roles in an Inworks Course

The following rules apply when deactivating course roles:

 

  1. In the course tree on the left side of the Course record, click the Requirement Changes link > Change Requirement button.
  2. Check the Deactivate on Release checkbox.
    Result: The role will be removed when the new version is released.
