Deactivating Roles in an Inworks Course

The following rules apply when deactivating course roles:

• Only ad hoc roles can be deactivated from the Course record.
• Only roles that have an Active status can be deactivated.
• Once roles have been deactivated, they are removed from the Course record.

 

1. In the course tree on the left side of the Course record, click the Requirement Changes link > Change Requirement button.
2. Check the Deactivate on Release checkbox.
   Result: The role will be removed when the new version is released.
